| if I am piecing the character's design together for you, a design fee will be applied. complex collage references or references with many discrepancies may be subject to a design fee, i will let you know if so. if you want a custom character design done fully by me, it will be subject to a higher design fee. the fee varies on how much work is needed from me to help create the character's design. | |

| price varies on how complicated the thing is. the character could be holding/interacting with the thing, or the thing may be drawn close-up separately (like a reference). each additional element counts as an accessory: including but not limitted to animals, objects, weapons, zoom-ins on details, etc. | |

| price varies on what you desire for your background. i can't do overly complicated scenes, i can do simpler ones like in any of my previous works - but feel free to discuss with me. simple bgs (as well as simple formatting/graphic bgs) are cheaper, while full scenery backgrounds are more expensive. |

» All prices are in $ USD
» Payment required after I provide the sketch.
» Payments via Paypal. I will send an invoice for the payment.
» Turnaround time varies. Standard is 3-4 weeks, but can take longer on bigger pieces and if my queue is full.

» I reserve the right to decline your commission (with and without reason).
» I reserve the right to use the art in my portfolios and post it on my social media. I will always with credit to you for your original character, when applicable.
» No refunds / returns / cancellations will be provided after I begin working on the commission.
» Have your funds allocated and available when submitting a commission request! Payment should be made promptly once the invoice is sent. I sadly won't accept "can I pay you next week / on my next paycheck?" - Please don't ask for a commission unless you're entirely ready to go.
» Base prices can change overtime, but this site will always be up to date on my current prices. I will always provide a clear quote before we proceed!
» Please pay mind to the "backgrounds & more" section at the bottom of the 'prices' page. Upcharge for additional elements (such as accessories, backgrounds, a design fee) may be applied depending on your request.
» I am open to special requests. If you submit a special request (anything not listed on my page, such as but not limited to: chibis, something I haven't drawn before, a large creature, etc.) the price is also subject to change and can be raised to accommodate for the nature of the request. I will always provide an estimate or quote for how much that increase would be, so there are no surprises.
» These commissions are for personal use only! You cannot use the commission commercially, but you can use the piece you commissioned in any personal way you desire. If you would like to commission me for commercial / published / professional work (or would like to buy commercial rights to your previous personal commission), let me know and I will happily discuss my commercial rates with you.
» By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all of my listed terms.

Commercial Illustrations
» My commercial rate has a x2.8 (280%) upcharge to my usual rates. ( for example: If you order a half body of 1 character with no background, and require the commercial rights, it will be $120 x2.8 = $336 USD total with commercial usage ). Please ask for quotes for specific requests!
» You are allowed to request certain resolutions / aspect ratios for the purpose of print ( example: if you need it as a 5" x 6" or otherwise )
» You receive rights to reproduce, sell art prints / bookmarks / merch using the image, place it behind a paywall such as Patreon, and etc. - currently, all commercial use is included in this markup.
» My commercial usage rights and rates may be subject to change. This page will always be up-to-date on the terms, and you are only subject to the terms that were active during your time of purchase.
» I retain my right to display the image on my sites and social media platforms as a sample of my work. I will not post the illustration until you greenlight it as alright for me to share.
» You must still credit me as the illustrator when relevant.
» My terms of service ( found on the "terms" page ) still apply to commercial illustrations, minus only the usage clauses since you get commercial use here.
